JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA – Sisler Johnston Interior Design received four prestigious Laurel Awards for interior design from the Northeast Florida Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council. The awards were presented during a ceremony at the Florida Theatre.
“We are honored to receive these awards for design and marketing excellence and we appreciate the recognition from the development and home building industry,” said Judith Sisler Johnston, president and ASID Allied Member.
Sisler Johnston Interior Design won awards for Best Multi-Family Merchandising $200,000 to $499,999 and Best Interior Merchandising in three price categories, under $200,000, $350,000 to $$499,999 and $500,000 to $1 million.
Sisler Johnston Interior Design received the Best Multi-Family Merchandising ($200,000 to $499,999) for Unit F at the Legends at Saint Johns at World Golf Village. The three bedroom condominium highlights a British Colonial classic Island style, combining the traditional look of Queen Anne with rattan and wicker. The furnishings include the rich wood tones of mahogany and wicker caning. Tropical accents reflect the relaxed style of Florida living.
The Best Interior Merchandising Award (under $200,000) honored ICI Homes’ Canterbury model at Victoria Lakes. This generous sized family home features a great room floor plan with upstairs bonus room. The home is decorated in a cherry English Country motif in shades of blue, green yellow and rose. The great room includes a corner fireplace surrounded by windows with a plant shelf above for art and accessories. The dining room highlights English Country charm with hand-painted white iron and wood furnishings.
The Best Interior Merchandising Award ($350,000 to $499,999) acknowledged Panitz Signature Homes’ Key Largo model at OakLeaf Plantation. The home is decorated in the rich jewel tones of crimson and gold. It has magnificent architectural detailing which highlights an intricate, open design and generous sized rooms, including a spacious dining room.
The Best Interior Merchandising Award ($500,000 to $1 million) recognized ICI Homes’ Turnberry model at Highland Glen. The Turnberry is a large home with a unique architectural design including a turreted dining room and a cozy home office situated on the second floor landing. The home is decorated in shades of sage, raspberry and cinnamon with nutmeg wood tones. The Turnberry model by ICI Homes also received an award for Best Architectural Design.
