ATLANTIC BEACH, Florida – Sisler Johnston Interior Design has completed the installation of The Palms Sales Center at Fleet Landing.  The Palms is a new neighborhood currently under construction in the life care community.

“These are going to be among the most beautiful homes and residences in Atlantic Beach that offer a continuum of quality health care,” said Judith Sisler Johnston, president, Sisler Johnston Interior Design and AISD Allied Member.  “Fleet Landing required a professionally designed sales center that matched its high caliber and quality services.”

In addition to designing the sales center to showcase floor plans and design options, Sisler Johnston was also involved in the residences’ design.  Last year, she teamed with Fleet Landing to win the silver award for model home design in the 2006 National Association of Home Builders Best of Seniors Housing Awards.
                                                        
The Palms at Fleet Landing is being constructed on 13 acres adjacent to the existing property and is the largest expansion in the community’s history.  The Palms will feature a multi-purpose community center with a large auditorium, a technologylab, woodworking and artists’ studios, and an ultra-modern exercise studio. The new homes and residences will be available in Spring 2008.

The sales center is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and by appointment evenings and weekends.  Established in 1990, Fleet Landing is home to over 500 adults age 62 and older.  It is an independent, accredited, not-for-profit life-care community open to all who are age and income qualified.
