PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Florida – Sisler Johnston Interior Design has completed the installation of renovations to the suites at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club’s Beach House, one of 10 charming Florida-style buildings offering guest accommodations at the luxury resort.
“The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is known for its exquisite attention to detail in every aspect of the resort experience,” said Judith Sisler Johnston, president, Sisler Johnston Interior Design and ASID Allied Member. “These suites have two window walls facing the ocean with breathtaking views. I made the most of that view by choosing finishes and furnishings that best complement the sand and sea.”
For the Beach House suites, Sisler Johnston’s selections include sisal-style commercial carpeting with taupe, putty, brown, cherry and fern fibers woven against a sandy background and subtle sea green painted walls. Her fabric selections include a stylized paisley pattern for the window dressings and a nautical stripe pattern for the bedskirts and pillow accents. The pillow shams combine the stylized paisley fabric with a nautical stripe border.
The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club offers guests the finest amenities for their comfort and convenience. Each Beach House suite has a king raffia bed with a gracefully arched headboard and footboard. The island colonial-styled dresser has a wall mounted plasma television above while a plantation-styled desk offers a setting to enjoy the resort’s high speed Internet access. Two soft chenille lounge chairs nestled at the foot of the bed provide comfortable seating for television viewing. The room also has an intimate party table for two with an Italian marble top. It is topped with a custom designed tiger lily orchid in a hammered bronze vase.
Framed limited edition landscape art coordinates with the aquatics color scheme. The lamps have a shell stone inlaid banding with sculptured silk shades. The adjacent dressing room has its own vanity sink with granite countertop and a framed decorative mirror. The mirrors and other decorative items coordinate with the aged bronze lighting fixtures.

Diamond award for four years in a row.
