The suites are located in the Florida House and Georgia House at the resort.

“Several years ago after we sold our home and before construction was complete on our new home, my husband and I became long-term guests at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club,” said Sisler Johnston, president, Sisler Johnston Interior Design and ASID Allied Member. “It was like living in paradise with the sandy beach at your back door and the resort’s exceptional service. That experience increased my awareness of the need for comfort. I was able to apply those life lessons into my designs for these suites and make them luxurious for the guests yet practical for the resort’s owners.”

Since the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club has a worldwide reputation for excellence, the resort attracts guests who come to enjoy the club experience for extended time periods year after year. These guests appreciate the comforts the suites offer with their fully equipped kitchens, breakfast bars, dining room with seating for six, living room, and bedroom and bath suite. The suites are also equipped with a full-sized desk to accommodate guests that need to focus on business.

Sisler Johnston selected amber and gold geometric pattern carpeting to complement sunny chiffon walls and draperies in the living room. The furniture collection is an Italian Mediterranean coastal design in warm rich brown wood tones. Several of the suites include spacious accommodations for a sofa/loveseat grouping accompanied by a console holding a large flat screen television. The rouge and golden textured sofas have sage, ivory, and rouge accent pillows corded and fringed in silk.

The bedroom has either a large king bed or two queen beds. A second television is provided for bedtime viewing. Each bedroom includes a comfortable lounge chair and ottoman adjacent to a reading lamp console. Custom framed art was also provided. A separate dressing room vanity featuring upholstered benches is a luxurious retreat. The vanity is stocked with signature toiletries from the resort’s award-winning spa.

The windows are layered with custom fabrics and designs to allow guests to choose between privacy with sheers offering light or total privacy with blackout lined draperies that are ideal for an afternoon nap. Valances and floor-length standing drapery panels provide layered elegance. Fabric patterns and colors have been thoughtfully planned to include tropical references for guests to enjoy in their oceanfront suites.
